Project management, the architecture of any construction

Project management, this stuff that we think is unnecessary, and which in fact is just essential.

Play the role of conductor, plan tasks, coordinate people, resolve conflicts, anticipate problems, frame work, etc.

All these interventions to make it work, fit together, be fluid.

You always need a person who “knows”, a professional who will be the point of reference for all the others: designers, integrators, developers, content creators, referencers, etc. An engineer who knows all the components of a web project, to coordinate the teams, know what is going on in each area.

Often tell yourself that the client relies on me, that he does not know how to do, but I do, and that I bring him this knowledge, start from nothing, go through me, achieve everything, work together, see his satisfaction. Sometimes saying to myself that I am precisely there to carry out the project even though the client is incompetent, late, in bad faith, that he pays me so that I carry out his project in spite of all that, and that as a competent professional I know how to do it. And sometimes also teaming up with the customer, moving forward together, finding solutions, being enthusiastic about a feature, a real pleasure.

Because my knowledge is varied and my fields of action very diverse, I intervened in the management and the realization of the subjects below.
